OpenAI Prepares for Inaugural Developer Conference with Exciting ChatGPT Updates

The first-ever OpenAI developer conference is scheduled for November 6th, and attendees can expect a range of exciting updates. Leaked information has provided a sneak peek into what’s to come, revealing a fresh interface for ChatGPT and a host of innovative features.

According to a report by The Verge, leaked information suggests that OpenAI is working on a customized chatbot creator for ChatGPT. This new tool, powered by GPT-4, is said to incorporate features like web browsing and data analysis. Additionally, OpenAI plans to introduce a marketplace where users can share their own chatbots and explore those created by others.

Screenshots and videos showcasing the upcoming chatbot creator were provided by Tibor Blaho, a developer of SEO tools. The videos demonstrate the functionality of a feature called GPT Builder, which allows users to generate a chatbot by inputting prompts like “create an assistant for generating visual content for new products.” The tool offers settings to define the chatbot’s language, tone, and writing style, as well as options to upload files for a personalized knowledge base and enable features like web browsing and image generation.

Moreover, OpenAI is set to introduce a new tool called Gizmo, as revealed by Twitter user Choi on X. Additionally, the company is gearing up to launch an enterprise “Team” subscription plan, offering both “Flexible” and “Annual” choices. Screenshots of the Team plan outline its offerings, including unlimited high-speed access to GPT-4 and extended context support.

In addition to these updates, OpenAI will also be introducing new enterprise subscription options and enhanced workspace management features. The Team Plan, available for $30 per month ($25 per month with an annual commitment), requires a minimum of three users. Subscribers to the Team Plan will enjoy unlimited high-speed access to GPT-4, extended context support, and unrestricted utilization of the Advanced Data Analytics model. They will also be able to share chat templates without concerns about their data being used for training purposes.

The workspace feature is designed to provide clear separation between personal and workspace usage, with the flexibility to define roles, departments, and other metadata. Integration capabilities with external ERP and CRM systems are also expected to be included.

With these exciting updates and features, OpenAI aims to revolutionize the chatbot experience and provide users with improved functionality and customization options. The inaugural developer conference is expected to be a significant event for AI enthusiasts and developers alike.
