According to Google’s support, to utilize Help me Write, users must meet specific criteria, including being located in the US, being at least 18 years old, having English set as the language of their Chrome browser, and being signed in to their Google Account. Additionally, users need to enable the “Make searches and browsing better” and “Experimental AI” settings.
Currently available only in English on Windows, Mac, and Linux, users can activate the Experimental AI features by navigating to Chrome settings, selecting Experimental AI, and enabling “Try out experimental AI features” and “Help me write.”
